Hi my name is Harsh Gupta.
Recently on 18 dec.2022 I’ve received my parcel of earbuds and when I took home and open it the inner packaging is broken and earbuds are missing and there is only the box of earbuds and when I contact on that to Amazon service they’ll tell me that they will truly return or make a refund for this
But now today on 24 dec.2022 they denied that the earbuds are present and they can’t help
Now what will I do if that empty box of earbuds of 1100
