I’ve ordered a Haier refrigerator with order ID 405-8625986-7609938 on 18th May, 2020 & the promised date was 25th to 28th May.I’ve told the seller to cancel my order and also contacted amazon customer care.Seller told me to refuse the delivery when the delivery boy came to my house.Finally on 17th May seller got the returned product and I’ve messaged the seller to initiate refund process. Then he told me that 12290 rupees will be refunded but I’ve paid 14990 for the product and finally they have refunded me 11804 rupees!!!
I’ve faith in amazon but this time I’ll think twice to buy from amazon. Kindly refund the rest amount.What is my gulity here that the seller cut the money???
I’ve told to cancel when the delivery date is already over but the seller delayed the process.
