Dear Sir/Ma’am
I’m Anjali Goyal & using Vodafone postpaid services from past 3 years. I’ve paid all my bills on times but from few month I’m not using my number but still paying the for it, which is not a problem they only charged for plan rental only but last month I used my Vodafone postpaid number for few day for internet only (which already include in the plan) then on billing date I got the mail from Vodafone that I’ve been charged for Rs.1400 (Plan rental + Internet usage) while using their internet they didn’t tell me or warned me that I’ve exceeded my internet quota. Without any approval or warning they continuously proving the internet which I was using without knowing it.
All I want to waive off my extra charges & I’m willing to pay for my rental plan only
