Text of Complaint by kumud chauhan:

 i wanted to purchase iphone-8 from Airtel online store in EMI scheme and i called 121 and confirmed that can i get this 2499 plan on my existing no and use another no in new iphone and on their confirmation, i booked my phone.

 

 when I received the new phone(on 20th Aug), i again called the 121 and asked how this plan will be activated in my existing no, they told me that It will be upgraded to 2499 plan automatically in next 96 hrs.

 

But  this 2499 plan is activated in the new no.

 

This is completely different what has been communicated to me and not fair at my end.from last 10 days I am trying to get the solution but they are not providing.
