I have made a request of cancellation of my airltel connection with having Relationship Number 7019017672 on 02/02/2020 on their coustomer care vide request number 115446866 but inspite of disconnection the same and settle the account with final amout airtel keeps on collticing the bills from my account through ECS which came to my knowledge when I received a ph call (o today )the dues clear as the ECS was bouncing from my account during the lockdown period .
When I asked the same thing from them they simply said that your connection is still active and your request for surrender of connection is not resolved this is a harassment by theses guys as I never called back to them nor checked my bank statements and using Reliance Jio from Jan 2020 To uptill today
I mailed to them but no reply has been received in this connection
Pls do the needfull
