It’s regarding refund pertaining to return of ceiling fan purchased through Amazon

Text of Complaint by Ashish Verma:

I wish to state the chronological order of actions pertaining to my order under discussion as below:-

1. Vide invoice dated 18.03.2022, I was informed/ billed to have been received “Crompton Hill Briz Deco 1200mm (48 inch) High Speed Designer Ceiling Fan (White Bronze) | B095PVR437 ( B095PVR437 ) HSN:8414512”, while I had actually received a fan brown in colour.
2. Realizing the issue, On 21st March, 2022, I had requested for replacement of the fan with that of while bronze in colour but no one turned up from your side for replacement. However, I noticed that the status automatically turned up as ‘Replacement Complete’ in my Amazon Application! (Screenshot attached). Sir, this matter is required to be checked thoroughly with your team in the field as there was actually no pick up made on 30.03.2022 as I can prove this with records maintained by my society!
3. Eventually, I couldn’t wait for more for the right colour, I requested for return of the product on 31.03.2022. The Brown Coloured fan which I received (the colour was also mentioned as Brown on the box of the fan) was picked up from my house on 06.04.2022. (Screenshot attached)
4. Now, despite several calls to customer care and emails on the subject, my refund has not been issued yet!

In view of the above, I once again request you to kindly look into the matter and release funds of Rs.1,751/- to my account without further delay.
