Hello,
I emailed ob 10th Feb to Aditya Birla capital for my forclose letter.
They are not providing me my foreclosure letter?
It is my right to get the foreclosure letter.
Their customer support is for no use and making people fool. I called almost 25 times in 35 days.. But still my issue not resolved yet They don’t even know how to speak with the customers.. Everytime I call, they have new excuses.. Name: Vishal, everytime he says there is a technical glitch, can’t provide any information. Approx 4-5 times I called and he says that the technical glitch is going on.. Then i called at the same time from. Another number, and found there was no technical glitch. Name: Muskaan, she is like a robot.. Same lines everytime, and then disconnects the call.. Name: Prasad, Jitesh and Saba, they are seniors but dont know what to say… Everytime fake promises, and dont even come to speak.. Just ignores everything.. All support executives are just for timepass.. And Ms. Vartika from retention team, who is working on my case.. She don’t even care about any case Or any user.. It’s been 35 days but have not receive any update..
Now, no one is picking up my call…
I talked with somebody stranger and he had faced the same issue with your company.
