It’s been more than 180 days . And i have been in contact with the support team since once and a half month. They only reply back stating sorry for the delay and inconvenience . But they aren not releasing the hold back amount.

Text of Complaint by RAJA MUKHERJEE:

I sold my WagonR 2020 car at a agreed value to OLX Auto, I handed over my car on 18th Oct,2023. They holded few bucks of rs.10000/- till the RC has been transferred. Since February 2024, I started taking follow ups with them. Earlier I used to receive a auto generated Ticket no from OLX, mentioning I have to wait till 180 days time period. Since last month I’m observing their replies are completely stopped and there is no one to answer my queries.
