It’s been a month , still i haven’t received the item i ordered from Myntra.
placed orders of few Slazenger T Shirts however have issue with Men Maroon Solid Round-Neck Pure Cotton Bio-Wash T-shirt With Small Logo Print with order id Order ID # 1238610 02284267695601 which i placed an order on 1st June 2023 which got delivered on time but it was a wrong item altogether hence i had no other option then to raised an exchange which took 7 days to deliver , exchange got deliver on 14th June which was again an incorrect item and a used T Shirt.
Contacted customer care on the same day and was told to raise another exchange which i raised on same day and it took again almost a week time to get the product delivered. Today (19th June) I received the exchanged product and guess what it’s again an incorrect item (A plain Maroon Tshirt) with size S.
When i contacted customer care today , they told me that again i can exchange the product and raise request which is quite frustrating so i asked for a supervisor I have waited for more than 20 mins to get a supervisor , that guy name (Aman) told me that he raised a refund for me even though i kept telling him that i want my original product to be deliver , he simply denied that and told me this is not an option now.
I raised an exchange request again and it’s showing me a date as 24th June so the product got delivered today and again it’s an incorrect product with S size (Plain Maroon Tshirt) , so the story here is “You ordered something from Myntra and paid the amount but still you can’t get the correct order delivery even if the order is available in stock”.
