It’s been 3 days my internet connection is lost and even after raising concerns, ticket and multiple calls to customer care my is not resolved from past 3 days, I want strict action to be taken as have wasted lot of my time in this inconvenience. plus there shall be some kind of compensation for my wasted time and efforts. all of them said issue is highlighted and I will receive a call but no one has called me yet and I keep on calling them and still no issue resolved. very disappointed
