I purchased One Plus TV via Amazon on 5th May 2022 and within 2 months, there were some issues with the display. So, I registered a complaint. Firstly, the panel was not delivered on time and secondly the wrong part was delivered. Now, it’s been 2 months, nothing good has happened.
All they ask me is to wait, each and everytime, I call them. Also, they say me that we guarantee you that you will get your part within 4-5 days but again, I got nothing.
I have called them 10-12+ times and nothing is happening.
I don’t know why they are not delivering the part.
They have wasted my time and money. Calling again and again to them is not an option when nothing is happening.
I would like to apply for refund.
