i built a new home in Cuttack , Odisha which is at a rural place called 42 mouza .after finishing the construction of my new home i applied for a new electricity connection on behalf of my father(whose age is 74) on 16/08/2022 and i paid the fees also online.as per government rules i went to the subdivision office to submit the hard copy of every document which i submitted online attach with a court declaration . and there is no valid reason are given to me for not giving me the new electricity connection .my father is a senior citizen and dreaming for his own house and because of some corrupted officer i cant even get a new connection’s complained to every senior official but still no response.
plz help me how can i procced to get my electricity connection although its our fundamental right.
