Dear team,
As you can see i am using airtel service from 2011 and now i am continue to use it. But 2019 my sim card stopped working and again in 2021 its stopped working.
It was on mothers name hence i have asked the members of airtel store to transfer the ownership. In this pandemic situation i have to take my mother out and get it done.
Now issue is that they haven’t told me about the conversation from prepaid to postpaid when next day from continues follow up i reached at store and they said its converted to postpaid.
For that also i had agreed but according to them it should have been started same day of sim card given. But its almost 12 hours passed no network is there and i am still trying to figure out why this has happened.
Now you guys tell me how to do my work without sim card activation. This is worst scenario which i have faced in this pandemic situation.
