I had applied for part time jobs online on 4th April 2022, The same day i got a call from 9916439574 (Named Kajal) and tells me that the registration fee is 299/399INR (don’t remember) to get the work and they took my aadhaar card details, Passport photo, Gmail id and qualification, then they sent the Demo page which does not make any sense for what they said. All they said was we need to make a correction of the File they give us along with the original ZIP file, they sent all these details in the whatsapp (I believe its the same lady who was texting in the whatsapp too). I said i need time but they kept asking what is the mode of payment for the registration, I clearly said not interested for the same. I approached them again yesterday (15th April 2022). Now they say that the registration fee is 499 and need to submit by 5 days 30 pages. the same job as told earlier, but they say that the previous project is closed, and when asked if by any chance i cannot complete the project, will the days be extended, In the text they say no but when got a call from Kajal she says yes. i paid 499INR and then no response till evening when said that the HR is going to call for confirmation by 4 pm, and then i got a call after follow-up and this Kajal (This lady talks in kannada) calls again and says that the call will be transferred to the HR and they speak in English, which seemed fishy to me because they sounded like Kajal and the only difference was language. anyway they said that ill get the data by the next day 16th April 2022 by 12 pm, I got the data, i had a doubt and i replied to the Email, no one responds and then i texted back in whatsapp and was informed that ill be trained and the trainer is going to call me and explain things and then i got a call from 9742837591,who says she is a trainer and tells that i need to pay 2000INR for the confirmation, i said that was not informed earlier and screwed for that\ and the lady says that she will callback in 5 and then disconnects, never calls back. she blocks my number when i tried calling her and i tried texting in whatsapp, they say we ll have to work as the data is given and cannot do anything and when they have to explain things and they keep blaming one or the other team like HR team, Training team and so on. I kept calling Kajal, she has blocked my number and the trainer blocks the number and then the whatsapp chat number has also blocked my number (9916237114 – Whatsapp number I was texting). So i have ideally lost 499INR (not a big amount, but at the same time my account is not for charity either), I need refund of this and compensation for following up with them and wasting my lot of time. I need resolution and justice for this.
