We’ve ordered usha bandhan sewing machine in flipkart on 10th of Feb within a day on 11th Feb we’ve filed back a complaint as the product was damaged we needed a refund or exchange since then for a month and also whole of march we’ve kept answering number of calls filing complaints mails and even given our bank details as asked by their customer service saying they would take the product and refund amount its been 2 months buying it with no resolution from flipkart we’ve totally fed up made number calls finally we also informed that we will be filing a complaint in consumer forum they made us wait saying they’ll provide resolution again took my bank details but in vain so no resolution at all the product is worth 4,590 which we paid through UPI so till date we don’t have refund and still with the defective product soo plz plzzz look into this ASAP atleast now give some solution through the forum for the same please ..
