I am the customer of JioFibre my service contact number is +91-1353149335. I am not getting internet service from 3rd July 2023, I reported the issue on Jio app and it is allotted the time from 11-12 morning on 4th July 2023,. But no one came on that day , I was waiting for the whole day and my work was parallel effected by this interruption of internet service. I called on evening to call centre and they allotted the schedule of 3-4PM on 7th July, I just want to know already you missed the call and again doing the big fault to reschedule it after 3days, who will be going to compensate my work loss, I had interview and long meeting related to my work. I think it is totally unacceptable and please the concerned authority see this matter because it is prepaid service and if the service will be continued after complaining of four days, I think it is totally injustice
Totally irresponsible behaviour by JioFibre authority.
