I went out of India so I changed both my jio prepaid numbers to postpaid but the customer service did not tell me to update my international plan which is why I had to pay bills for 3 months without being able to use my no abroad , this was the first bad service,now I am back to Kolkata and I wanted to change my postpaid no to prepaid jio but one have got changed ,the other one I am still paying bill ..I have asked the customer care of ranaghat jio ,ranjit and mr mithun in West Bengal to change it and done the necessary formalities,but they are not chanding my no to prepaid and avoiding me,this is very bad customer service, pls help me change my no to prepaid jio again,my name is shyamal Kumar mukherjee and my jio no is 9064019242
