I booked a flight ticket on 4 August 2021,but booking was not confirmed and money has been debited from my account after I have call to customer care they first send me a mail that they initiate the refund process you will get the money after 10days but after 10 days they call me and said that they dont received the payment yet, the payment status shows pending, they asked me to contact with bank I have contacted with bank also now after 1month bank confirm me that money has been debited.I informed through mail to flipkart travel but they didn’t respond properly please help me to recover my money of rs 8146.
