Actually I have order a printer with cartiarage but as the product was delivered I found the cartiarage missing so I asked them to refund me my money so as the process they took back the product and when I made a call to the customer care service each time they give me a date for my refund but do not refund my amount it has been more than 2 months I am struggling and today when I made the call on there customer care service number it sounded that the number does not exist. I am fed of the struggle and I can’t bear my time on them because I am student and I need to focus on my studies also.
