I have made a payment on 5th may 2021 of 4000 but the payment got cancelled and then I called them about my refund now the paytm is saying we have refunded it’s your bank who is taking time but the bank said we don’t hold any payment , now everyday I am calling everyday to jk bank n payment but they both r making stories , it’s been a monthand I am still waiting for my money …
I am requesting u please take strict action against them..
