So I have complained about a product whose pics will be uploaded by me named Bass Evolution Tornado 18 days ago because it was defective and stopped working from one side to claim the warranty of product . I didn’t get any reply from them . Today after 18 days I called on this number 9167203925 Which was on their official website(https://bassev.com/products/tornado) for product help, they were not picking my phone and asked to message them. Their reply on message was pathetic regarding they are company selling products on Amazon and online.
