My home AIRTEL DTH connection is down from 17th of June, I’ve raised complaint on 18th June itself, however, I’ve received call from technician on the same day stating they will visit the location on 19th June. Now, it’s been 23rd of June and still issue not resolved, since as per the communication with Airtel technician, they are waiting for another problem of connection down nearing my area so that they can kill two bird with one stone and stating that Airtel only provides them 150 rupees to close a complain which is not sufficient amount for them (communication held earlier in the morning).
It has been now 4th consecutive day I am calling continuously to look into this matter and sort it out, on the flip side, I’m getting only excuses by there side that it will be closed today, tomorrow and so on since no one is giving accurate reason for not visiting and closing the complaint.
One of the staff members called me two days before asking me not to call on our customer portal again, they will close the request once they get time for it.
This is getting me drive crazy now and I’m feeling frustrating since no one provides correct information on this. Every day I’m hearing their bloody excuses but not solutions.
I request to proceed my complaint further to take appropriate actions against them.
