Its abt Airtel connection poor service which we are facing from last two months continuously with the error code:B001. When we are follow up with the customer service regarding this complaint, no one is taking initiative for the same and this channel ZEE BENGAL we was able to watch before but from last couple of months after giving so many calls and complaints, no one eager to do any solution for the same. What kind of service is this?? Airtel company is such a big company but unable to implement any solution for our complaints. Every day the customer service executive placing a request against it but non happened much after that call,even the Engineer is not responding properly n not answering our call.And when ever we speak regarding this issue they say only to recharge dat it…
