On 9th January I got a call from karta loan app regarding due emi. They said I took loan of 2100 on 2nd January 2024. But I didnt recognise that I took any loan. I said didn’t get any loan but amount is credited without my consent they said that I have to pay 3500 on 9th January 2024 otherwise penalty of 1750 more will be added. They requested kindly pay 3500 and close your account. I paid 3500 and they said your account will be closed. It’s in process.
And today on 10th of January I got message from my bank that 3300rs. Has been credited in my account. It took hardly 1mint to understand that this time again karta loan app. I downloaded there application and it shows last due date is 15january 2024. Again I took screenshot and WhatsApp there coustomer support. And when they seen my message the blocked me. Don’t give a penny to them it’s a fraud and a big scam. They don’t even take our consent before of approving loan amount.
