I have preordered to purchase a mobile in the process i put cashondelivery and they asked me to pay the advance amount of 5600, after payment was successfull idint get any delivery and i contacted to customercare support and they said u will get the refund in few days but still now idint getit and they are not responding to my calls or emails Please do a favour to the customers who lost in itradeit application , we are requesting to the cyber cell in (INDIA ) trace them and fill a complaint and give the losted money to the customers
