I had placed order via itminaan biryani app my payment went through but there was no order confirmation and later when I had chat with their help support I was told in 5-7 days it will be refunded but even after 10 days i didn’t re eive the refund and when I contacted help support I get no reply and they close the chat and after continous try they say from their end they transferred for which when I asked to give transaction iD they don’t share. These people arelooting customers. Some strict action needs to be taken.
