I ordered grocery in Flipkart on 13th April 2023 but still today as of 21st April 2023 i didn’t received any goods/items from their end but in Flipkart app it is showing as items delivered on 17_Apr_2023. It is a prepaid service. I contacted the customer care executive several times from 18_Apr_2023 and there is no proper response/solution from their end. Renuka, Gayathri and so many persons attended the call and ask me to wait until 21st for the resolution especially when i called the customer care executive yesterday they told that you will definitely get either refund/grocery items by tomorrow but today i got the call from the grocery team Shanthani like you have to wait until 24_Apr_2023. I am really highly disappointed with the service given by the Flipkart.

Can you please tell me how long will you take to resolve one query? Is this the right way to handle a customer query? I already paid for the service which was really not received. I have been waiting from 17_Apr_2023 but till now i didn’t receive any groceries/refund from your end.

Every time when i called the customer care they told that we marked as high priority and it will be resolved soon surely not later than 21_Apr_2023 but today shanthani from grocery team told me that the issue reached us lately hence we couldn’t fast track the issue so please wait until 25_Apr_2023.

I need my money please refund it.
