I have paid Rs11299. 20 on 28/5/22 for purchase of toshiba tv which as per pre purchase add to be delivered to my address within 4-5days. But till now the item is not received by me. The tracking id shows the item is in transit since 28/5/22 without any location. The company budget baazaar not responding to my messages. The contact number in their website is 9digit.
So, as the amount is transferred to yo u through transaction id Ref IGANQVSIM9 on 28May22, so kindly refund my money.
