I had order 3 items on 2nd july. Items were neither delivered nor refunded. The customer service execute confirmed that the refund will be done in 2 business days but today we are on 19th and still there is no refund. I am a regular Amazon buyer and I see a drastic fall of their services. All Amazon does is deduct money and cheats customer.
