Please be informed that I had ordered through your online portal (order no. CHEN3553 dated 18th July ) and at the time of order the delivery time was mentioned as 2 to 3 days, it is sad to know that the items ordered has not reached the recipient till date.  Would request you to update on the status at the earliest or kindly refund the amount.
