Earphones are not chargeable nor working/connecting via Bluetooth.
Received only half of the items as per description that to is not working.
I ordered a combo.
I have emails that i have exchanged with the Supplier for proof because I missplaced my order number but I have the courier number.
Please help me get a refund and punish this fraud scammer.

I have ordered smart watch through goyantra.in and received the product on 15 Aug 19,but I checked the product , it was found that battery was local and not charging .I want to contact to costumer care but couldn’t find any information
