I am a prime customer and i have ordered 5 items in the last one week. No one attempted to deliver but items were returned with a reason saying that I rejected them. In reality I was literally waiting for them. I so badly needed one of them as it was my mom’s birthday gift. I couldn’t give anything to her on her birthday even though she was at my home. so, I ordered same item again thinking I can give her before she leaves. But same thing happened again. She left my house and i couldn’t give her anything when she was leaving. I cried that day.
Then I ordered an item in sale but that got returned too. When I called them they asked me to order it again but now it’s increased in price. So I asked them why should I pay the extra money when it’s not my fault.
Being such a big brand, amazon cant even accept and pay for their mistakes. I have to buy the product for an extra cost for not my mistake. And I missed my mom’s birthday gift. So sad abt it. Anyway my problem isn’t resolved even after talking to the so called supervisor. Waste of my full 1 hour. And it’s a shame that Amazon doesn’t do anything abt their mistakes and dont value customer. I don’t see much difference between Meesho, Ali Express and Amazon now. Amazon joined the others interms of bad customer service. Shame on them. There is no value for prime members either. Such a shame and waste service. Now, i might just buy from Meesho as atleast the product is cheaper when customer service is same as Amazon. There is no reason to stick with Amazon at all.
