Hi sir / ma’am , This is Raj Gupta , I have recently purchased this tablet with credit card. The concern is when the delivery boy came ,the box was tier/ broken. I told him about this ,he told me not to worry sir It does happen juts go & check . I was in dought but I need this for my on-line study so I accepted . But for my safety side I have recorded the whole unboxing video of this product & the end box was empty . So I raised the return request for this . They gave me date to resolves my problem . I was in hope but it all happened at yesterday without informing me the blocked my I’d & cancel the request . Instead help me they just ignored . U knew what I got is a mail from your side . They judge me from my oldest order history , few thing like sandle not fit ,so my sister want to replacement but they give refund , bed sheet because of stain I return & also order another one .I am a loyal customer of Flipkart – raazgupta.rga@gmail.com / 8404815015. Go & check my history. I had ordered alot of prepaid . It never happens with me but this tym ,you just threw my from Flipkart because I am asking for what I have been suffering . Now tell me without getting my product how can I pay my credit card bill. I have sent the recorded video please check & then judge me . I can’t sleep from yesterday night. It becomes a big trouble for me . I am requesting you please help me.
