I order $20000 product from Amazon for my parent’s birthday and informed Amazon that it is a gift and scheduled one day delivery. They were not not able to deliver one the given day and so I had to order something else quickly as I live in US. Amazon is not ready to take the product back even though it is Amazon fulfilled product.
