Hello Good morning,
As per the subject cited above i would like to inform you that i had placed an order fromJioMart on 2nd of Oct bearing order Id(16646952790207770A) by the name Akho Khatso and shipment number(16646952790207770A-01) wherin it was given that the order would be delivered by 10th of Oct. The day came but to no avail i checked back the app to see what was the reason behind but it seems like the date was extended to the next day. The next day came i checked but the date kept on extending each day so i tried chatting with the customer support and they informed me that the resolution to my concern would be given on 14th of Oct. Again the day came, i asked for my resolution but i was told the same thing over and over again that my concern would be highlighted. I called the customer support but again same excuses that there is a technical glitch. Everyday the same excuses over and over again,the service provided by JioMart wasn’t expected as it is a reputable company. I checked again after two days but the preview then changed to as returned, but I didn’t receive any e-mails or calls yet from the site about the refund and so i called up the customer service once again this morning and i was told that there isn’t any order from my end when i have the invoice and everything else.
I was told again that there is technical issue. I have mailed them about the same through my registered email ID but the response had been the same ever since.
