My product Order ID is OD221747758173464000 this which was booked as essential need in Quick delivery (90min) option which was to be dropped to my address by 10 may 11:51 hrs. But not delivered instead after having conversations with me the delivery boy updated status delivered by 1215 hrs. I crossed check the same with my family but got denied by them. Then I have word with executive on same day, in which I was answered product issue will be delivered or resolved by making refund by 11 May 1215hrs. On 11 May it was again my pain to have word with them instead they dropped a message again after an hour of their promise with asking again for 12 may 1215hrs. With continually touch with executive and conversations I came to know that problem has been done at their backend/logistics department. After 1500hr on 12 may I came to know that they will approach me by 2100 hrs. Infact it is pertinent to mention that supervisor has conversed with me and assured that problem would be resolved by 2100 hrs, and I also replied him that you will be again asking for next 24 hrs to resolve the issue but he promised me it would not happened. Now at 2200 hrs they had again asking for 24 hrs. Thing is that the item which was to be delivered me by 10 May has not yet been delivered by 12 may 2300hrs. And also ging me advised do whatsoever you can do either by legal or anything.
