I placed an order on flipkart on 27 September and requested for return. As I write this complaint today, its 1st dec and yet the return order has not been picked up. I have contacted customer service a multiple times and each time query was raised afresh and next pickup date assigned. Yet item not picked up so far. Customer service also bluffs of escalating the issue and nothing been done so far.
