Hello Team,
I have placed an order on 06th February 2022 with order Id 37061855866 Cash on delivery of amount 358/- and returned on 13 February 2022 as it was of bad quality product.
I got notified that the amount will be refunded in 4-5 days with transaction I’d TXNH03018479173274 as I added account details on 14 February 2022.
But after one week when contacted, it told that some delay is there and you will get amount soon. Again they demanded for account statement which I had provided the same. Repeatedly I contacted them and have been notified the same that it will take some more time. On 28 April 2022, when I contacted it’s representative, he told that the amount has been credited any other bank account which is not mine and he also told, ” from meesho side, the amount has been refunded” and disconnected the call.
Please help me out of this situation.
