This is in reference to delivery been made for the goods which we have not ordered. Delivery person called on my no. 9470461167 and stated that a parcel with your name has arrived and he delivered to us and collected payment of RS 870/- as it was COD.
The goods which we have received was ordered by some Alpesh Savani vide Purchase order no. 1488834364 vide Invoice no. chmpq2274099 dated 27-06-2021 , AWB NO. 134092133094551.
Attached herewith invoice copy of goods with all the details.
Also we have talked to Xpress bees customer care executive and they have stated that it was ordered from Meesho so ask for return from them only.
We have talked to customer care executive the company Meesho, they asked to send Invoice copy and Picture of t-shirt which has been wrongly sent. We have sent all the documents. Also we received a mail from Meesho that Return will be made and refund will be made in Meesho wallet only and that to with a condition that only 15% of the wallet can be used once and the wallet amount has to be used in 1 month. We asked to directly transfer such balance in our bank account but failed to understand that it is beyond their rule.
It is a hack and fraud made by Alpesh Savani who is a regular customer of meesho whose database is with the company , they should track and recover those amount from him. How does he dare to cheat anyone using someone else mobile no. And address.
