Hi Team,

I Have place the order roti maker prestige PRM 5.0 Roti and Khakra (order id- OD328720758386477100) on 26th July 2023, They delivered the completely used product on 31st of july 2023 around 11am and 11:05am I have raised the return request.1st of aug 2023 delivery boy picked up the product. They have initiated the refund amount to my account which I have purchased already.

2nd of aug 2023 I have requested them to share the refund amount to my flipkart account instead of phonepe account. Now they are saying the picked up guy did not updated from their end. I called customer care regarding the refund amount and they confirmed that you will receive the amount in 2 business working days. If the product is not picked up , They did not confirm about the refund amount and all.

I have been a valuable customer for flipkart for the last 8 years. I don’t care about the 2720 ruapees mount. Flipkart lost the trust and worthy from the customer by encouraging the such type of seller and delivery people. The simple statement I want to tell. The seller sent one product to the customer and it had the MFG ID right, and the next day the pickup guy picked up the product by evaluating the from his end. In the evening his supervisor told me that we will not update in the portal. Will keep the product with me only. Whatever you want you can do, like that only he spoke with me. Pickup guy also confirms that this is a used product by seeing the MFG ID(manufacturing product ID).

I followed customer service 40 times, but no solution. I got the worst response from the customer care. Almost 14 days after the issue is not resolved.Without customer interaction simply they are closing a request. I thought I would never buy anything from flipkart from this experience. I have everyone call recording who handled these requests and pickup boy numbers and his call recording alsp.

The Customer care executive confirmed that they verified from the backend team that the customer did not respond for the pickup due to that we are closing this request. Without investigation.

My sincere request to flipkart to investigate in a proper manner, and no one buys a single product from this kind of seller.

Note: If you are not giving proper solutions to me , I will go to consumer court and file a case against the seller and Flipkart. Seller is 200% fraudulent and the pickup boy and his supervisor both are fraudulent.
