I ordered cello whiteboard marker 6 assorted colors, where wrong item was delivered to me on 1st Oct, I requested for replacement. The item was picked up on 4th October but not yet delivered. When had a chat with their customer service one told to wait till 10th Oct, again I had a chat another told to wait until 13th October but I didn’t get any response yet. Today only I cancelled the replacement ordered. I now need my refund and compensation .
