Dear consumer court,
I have placed an order from Amazon
Order Id – 404-6263365-7985126
Order Date-1st Feb 2021
Order value-2330
Product- Dahua DVR -XVR 4A04
Payment -Via BHIM UPI
I had received folded carton inside the wrong product box. I complaint to customer care for which they form a queries for inspection. I had sent pictures and they told me to wait until 16 th feb but none of them contacted me nor updated. After I making series of calls then they said that they have enquired the issue and they have x ray footage that the item was inside the box .I requested the x ray footage but they denied my request .They simply says they can’t do anything in this case.
I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. Please support me to get my hard earned money.
