I have purchased a TP link Mr 200 AC750 wireless 4G router on May 29th 2020 and given an amount of Rs.7547(6160 for item, 236 for shipping and 1151.28 for igst). Full payment done through online. Even after 6 months i didn’t receive any information on the product nor on refund. I have called then several times and didn’t answer any single of them. Send so many emails and all of them got an automated response. When checked on the site it shows in processing state and this is seen for the past 6 months.
