After purchasing the OnePlus Airbuds, the delivery boy, who came to my house could not connect with me for the OTP as I was at work at the time. He informed my staff that he would return that evening.
After not recieving my order i noticed that the status of delivery had changed to delivered. I contacted the support team who told me the item would be delivered in 2-3 days.
After 2-3 days I called back they informed me that they would need another 5 days for an investigation.
I called back again in 5 days. And they informed me that they had completed the investigation and the item was delivered. When I questioned how this item could be delivered without the delivery boy having the OTP, they informed me that there was no OTP issued for the item.The item is 7990INR
As you can imagine i am outraged of the handling of the situation. I will be challenging this on consumer court and will be spreading this bad practice on social media.
