Ordered a Jim shore Disney collector figure on May 27 said it was delivered on May 29 never received it was not delivered! Called Amazon several times they said that Had to many claims at address which was false new to Amazon! Then they tried saying I used a gift card which was false I paid with debit card they said repeatedly no replacement no refund this was my daughter’s birthday present her birthday is in 2 days
