This is regarding my order in Amazon and Tracking ID is 323350930330.
The item (Mobile worth of 14999/-) supposed to be delivered on April 10th – 2023, but you have not delivered !
your agent came to deliver and he said “Verification code not generated from amazon, there is a technical issue at amazon” hence he didn’t deliver the item!
If Amazon is not able to meet the commitment and keeping customer money doesn’t make sense and because of your wrong commitment I lost my business as my business phone is down more than 2 days (did factory reset to give back to amazon)!
Such a pathetic service from Amazon.in
For this amazon mistake, wrong commitment I need compensation of 20000/- (20 K ).
