Dear Consumer Court,
Recently I had ordered a water Geyser “V-Guard Victo 15 litres Water Geyser” via Amazon order # 407-9710762-2006715. Instead of delivering the item to my home; Amazon delivery agent updated the status to ‘Delivered’. I raised a compliant on Amazon customer service, but for last 2-3 weeks Amazon have been simply telling me that they ‘will do investigation and call me’ . After multiple follow ups and no action from Amazon, i am writing here to seek your support in this matter. ‘Mr Shantanu’ from Amazon ‘Lead team’ was the last person i contacted through Customer Service.
Overall it seems like a case of fraud and inaction from Amazon.
