Not delivered when I asked them on 15th July 2021 they say that the return window closed on 07-Jul-2021 and no action can be taken.
I was waiting for the item which normally would have been delivered without any issue not when I call about this issue they were saying we cannot do anything and we will cut the call. When Amazon became so bad in customer service? Need a resolution where they investigate the delivery person who they delivered to.
