I ordered washing machine order id OD225671932164450000.. on Aug 7th.. delivery date 9th of august.. dint deliver.. registered a complaint.. resolution date 11th.. got a call on 11th.. said that within 72 hrs will deliver and will get shipping charge as gift card.. dint recieve .. again registered a complaint..14th resolution date.. dint receive any call or resolution.. got a message resolution date changed to 15th.. 15th i got a call.. i asked to cancel the order.. female employee spoke.. she said cancelled.. i asked wen will i receive refund.. she said will call me again and inform about the refund date.. after the call i checked.. order not cancelled.. again raised a complaint.. 19th resolution date.. yesterday got a call.. female employee spoke.. she said if u wish to cancel the order u can cancel.. we will give u compensation of 1500 in next order of same product…tats wat i am also saying please cancel like that i said.. she checked and said sorry we couldnt cancel.. its mis communication sorry bla bla.. and she said me to wait for 7 more days.. i cant wait any longer.. i have all the recordings that i spoke and chat history.. please help me out.. everyone who spoke to me all telling lie..
