I have ordered boat airdrops @Rs.336/- vide order no.1020 and confirmed through email by transales1.com on 3.3.2023. Since COD is not available, payment mode through lazypay is activated with single OTP & Laypay confirmed that money was transferred to Pasfar technologies private limited vide transaction ref no. 19434046. Finally Item not delivered, no response and not updating the status against my emails. Lazypay was informed about non-delivery of item. But Lazypay is insisting me to clear payment with penalty i.e Rs.442/- as on 1.4.2023. I was cheated by both Pasfar Tech & Lazypay. Plz do justice so that no customer will be suffered further in future.
